TREATMENT & THERAPY
We provide personalized treatment plans based on your strengths and weakness and movement patterns. We provide customized exercises, movement training, joint and muscle treatments, and client education: all within your own home. This allows you to maximize your time on your treatment and reduce childcare and logistical issues.
PROVIDER COLLABORATION
We communicate with your doctors, midwives, doulas, and any other relevant health care providers to provide the best continuum of care during your pregnancy and after your delivery.

Physical therapy can address any number of goals you have for your individual needs for your lifestyle. Whether you want to return to running, biking, weight lifting, skiing or snowboarding, hiking, or staying strong to be an active and healthy mom. We meet you where you are.
INSURANCE & BILLING
We accept Medicaid of Montana, and are an in-network provider for: Allegiance, First Choice Health Network (including Aetna), Mountain Health Co-op, Pacific Source, United Healthcare, CIN (Clinically Integrated Network), BCBS of Montana, TriWest, and we accept cash pay patients as well.
We bill your insurance for your convenience.
