WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Medicaid of Montana, and we are in network for: BCBS of Montana, Allegiance, First Choice Health Network (including Aetna), Mountain Health Co-op, Pacific Source, United Healthcare, CIN (Clinically Integrated Network), TriWest, and we accept cash pay patients as well.
We bill your insurance for you.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
It depends on your insurance plan, but many insurances will require a signed referral for physical therapy from your doctor, midwife or medical provider.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
First we obtain a referral from your healthcare provider, then we schedule your initial evaluation in your home. Before your first visit we email you paperwork to fill out via a secure portal. At the initial visit we can assess how physical therapy can best help you.
