MORE ABOUT FIRST FOCUS PHYSICAL THERAPY

About me: I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and graduated from the University of Montana physical therapy program in May 2009 with a doctorate of physical therapy. I am a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PPCES). I have lived, worked, and played all across the northwest and worked in a multitude of physical therapy (PT) setting before returning home to Montana.  I saw the need for PT specialized for women and this inspired me to start First Focus Physical Therapy.

First Focus Physical Therapy was established to help make physical therapy standard practice for women with a focus on empowering women to reach their personal goals, reduce pain, and increase their activity safely.
