About me: I was born and raised in the Flathead Valley and graduated from the University of Montana physical therapy program in May 2009 with a doctorate of physical therapy. I am a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PPCES). I have lived, worked, and played all across the northwest and worked in a multitude of physical therapy (PT) settings. I saw the need for PT specialized for women during and after pregnancy. This became even more apparent after my own two pregnancy and postpartum journeys. A lack of guidance, resources, and information inspired me to create First Focus Physical Therapy, to help new and expecting moms get the specialized care they need and deserve.

First Focus Physical Therapy was established to help make physical therapy standard practice for women during pregnancy and postpartum with a focus on empowering women to reach their personal goals, reduce pain, and increase their activity safely.
