Our goal is to restore you to full strength, activity, and wellness during pregnancy and after childbirth. All pregnant women and new mothers can benefit from focused core work, strengthening, movement training, and education. Providing physical therapy services in the home also will decrease added stress of finding childcare and can increase your time focusing on your healing.
